The Apex Business Grant is not awarded to the most inspiring story. It is not given to the woman with the most social media followers or the most polished pitch. It is given to the woman whose vision is clear, whose execution plan is real, and whose commitment to building is evident in every line of her application.
The Woman We Are Looking For
She is already moving - researching, planning, building the foundation of something real. She understands that capital is a resource, not a rescue. And she knows exactly what she would do with it.
She may be early stage. What she is not is unprepared.
The Apex Business Grant is for the woman who is ready to build and has the vision to prove it.
How We Select
Every application is read in full and reviewed. Selection is based on:
— Clarity of business vision.
— Originality of concept.
— Demonstrated execution readiness.
— Seriousness of commitment.
— Thoughtfulness of application.
The recipient will be announced publicly at The Apex Grant Live, a live virtual event on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 7 PM (CST). All applicants are required to attend.
The Announcement
The Apex Grant Live is a live virtual event hosted by Bobbie Knox on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 7 PM (CST). Every applicant will be celebrated in the room. Every business will be acknowledged. And one woman will find out — live and in real time.
This is not a ceremony. It is a moment. And every woman who applied will be part of it.

Grant Details
— Grant Amount: $1,000 (one thousand dollars).
— Applications Open: Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
— Application Deadline: Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
— Recipient Announced: The Apex Grant Live virtual event on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 7 PM (CST).
— Recipient will be featured publicly on The Apex Suite's website and social media pages.
Grant Requirements
— Applicant must be 18 years old and a U.S. based business owner.
— Applicant must be the sole or majority owner of the business.
—Applicant must have an established business — meaning a legally registered business entity (LLC, sole proprietorship, corporation, etc.) at the time of application. Business ideas or concepts in pre-formation are not eligible.
— The grant must be used exclusively for legitimate business purposes.
— The recipient will be announced publicly at The Apex Grant Live, a live virtual event on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 7 PM (CST). All applicants are required to attend.
— Upon selection, the recipient will be required to complete a W-9 form prior to receiving funds. This is a standard IRS requirement. All information is kept strictly confidential.
— Grant funds will be disbursed via Venmo within 14 business days of the recipient completing the required W-9 form.
— The Apex Suite reserves the right to disqualify any application found to contain false or misleading information.
— By submitting an application, applicants agree to allow The Apex Suite to use their name and business name publicly in connection with the grant announcement.
