The Visionary

I'm so glad you're here.

I believe we're living through one of the most important moments in the history of entrepreneurship.

The way companies are imagined, built, and grown is changing faster than ever before. Technology is reshaping what founders can accomplish. Artificial intelligence is expanding access to capabilities that once belonged only to large organizations. New ideas about leadership, ownership, work, and scale are redefining what a company can become.

That's what fascinates me.

I founded KNOX because I believe these changes deserve thoughtful exploration.

Not just headlines. Not just trends.

Perspective.

KNOX exists to document the ideas, people, and companies shaping the future of entrepreneurship. Through interviews, research, and conversations, we explore what is changing and, more importantly, what those changes mean for the people building businesses today.

Long before I became an entrepreneur, I proudly served eight years in the United States Army. The military taught me discipline, resilience, leadership, and the importance of building strong foundations. Those lessons continue to shape how I think, how I lead, and how I approach every company and every conversation.

While KNOX explores where entrepreneurship is going, my work at Three-Twenty Studio is focused on helping founders build companies prepared for that future.

Working alongside women founders, we transform ambitious ideas into enduring businesses through strategy, operating systems, leadership, customer experience, and company infrastructure.

Together, these two organizations reflect the two questions that drive my work every day.

Where is entrepreneurship going?

What will we build because of it?

Whether interviewing a founder, hosting an event, speaking on stage, or working behind the scenes to help build a company, my work is guided by the same belief.

The future belongs to founders who remain curious.

I don't believe we need to know every answer before we begin.

But I do believe we need to ask better questions. Because curiosity leads to insight. Insight leads to better decisions.

And better decisions build extraordinary companies.

If you're curious about where entrepreneurship is headed...

If you're interested in the ideas shaping tomorrow...

Or if you're building something that matters...

Welcome.
